Policy

Guest Policy: To maintain an intimate and focused environment, we kindly ask that no additional guests accompany you to your appointment.

Timeliness: We value your time and ours! If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, a $10 late fee will be applied. If you anticipate being late, please let us know in advance so we can accommodate you.

Hair Drop-off

For customization services, please drop off your hair at least 2 days prior to your appointment. A $25 fee will apply for same-day customization.

If you are coming in for a wig install, please arrive product-free. If products are present, a wash and blow-dry service will be provided at an additional charge.

Deposit

A $20 deposit is required at the time of booking your appointment. This deposit will be applied to your service. Please be aware that your deposit is non-refundable. We encourage you to read through our policies carefully to avoid any misunderstandings. The address to your appointment will be attached in the conformation email once your deposit is paid.
